How Rush Connect Virtual Specialty Care works

  • 1. Schedule your appointment

We can see adults, both new and existing Rush patients, for specialty appointments in cardiology, dermatology, ear-nose-throat (ENT), gynecology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, urology, and weight loss. We may ask questions about your health as part of the scheduling process. Answer these questions, then select an available appointment time. That’s it!

  • 2. Log on at your appointment time

Open MyChart or the My Rush app. You will get a prompt that your provider is ready to connect. Join the video chat on your smartphone or tablet.

  • 3. Get the help you need

Our Rush experts will provide a personalized care plan. They can write or refill a prescription, sent to the pharmacy of your choice so you can feel better fast. They can also connect you with any follow-up care you may need.

Cost varies by insurance plan or $99/visit self-pay
